Hey all, haven’t been around for a bit. Just an update on my end > basically it just started working for me. When I clicked the manual update at the beginning it wouldn’t take. I walked away from it for a day to think about it. Reloaded my secret key etc from s3 and let it go. The zip not found is still there but every backup is sent to my bucket so I’m happy. Sorry for not being able to shed any light. It’s a great plugin but not even as much as a response from the developer after I submitted a request for support. I am not adverse to paying for the support (although I filled out the free support form) there wasn’t even a confirmation email stating that he’d received the request. If it had bumped back to me and said for quicker service then I would have paid. I just have a problem with paying up front for something I am putting out there with out a confirmation that I’ll receive any service.

I took a picture with some notes of what I’m seeing. I checked it on IE8 and Chrome and it is looking the same to me.

I’ll leave up the edit for a half hour or so…..
my contact us tab is just stretched out and carries over to the next line then…..Thanks, I’m getting closer.

My site moved over to linux this past weekend and I haven’t been able to access my dashboard this quickly EVER! Even just my “website under construction” loads so quickly. I’m getting excited to go live here soon.

The transition didn’t prove very smooth though I did have to call them to change so permissions on their end before anything worked again.

I had the same problems today with my site after trying to update the index.php file to remove “Comments Off” from my main page. I updated to 3.0.4 yesterday and this afternoon I probably had the same errors you did. At any rate I am hosted by godaddy as well on a windows server so could you let me know if the migration to a linux server sorts this issue out? I’ve checked back into my dashboard and everything seems back to normal but it is quite annoying when you want to get something done.
