    Hi!

    I’m so sorry, I forgot to post this as resolved. This has been months of frustration, and after I posted this today, the issue finally resolved itself! It turns out my CAPTCHA plugin was interfering. I don’t understand why it didn’t resolve the problem the first time I deactivated all my plugins, but this time it worked! I’ll make sure to post here again if the problem acts up again. Thank you for your quick reply!

    I am having this EXACT same issue- I have been working with PayPal Merchant Support since October, and NOTHING has been resolved. I have deactivated and reactivated plugins, I opened a new PayPal business account to get different API keys… NOTHING HAS WORKED. Now, my error logs are showing no errors… they act like everything is processing correctly, but the secure PayPal window still won’t pull up from the checkout page! It will from the cart page, but not from the checkout page!

    I AM LOSING MY MIND!!! I have already postponed my website and book launch 2 months because of this nonsense, and PayPal will now be, pretty much, directly responsible for my loss of income since people cannot purchase my products due to this error and PAYPAL IS NOT RESOLVING THE ERROR!

    My issue is only with mobile/tablet devices. Desktop computers work fine.

    Please tell me that you eventually found a way to resolve this issue???? Please??!!!!
