I tried using another plugin (the woocommerce implementation), so I deactivated yours, however, the other was also not working.
I have just re-activated yours and I am still not getting any enhanced e-commerce data via the GTM/GA debugger in chrome.

I installed the update. However, I am still having the same issue. There aren’t any shipping providers showing up in settings anymore, and all providers have disappeared from the order section of our site.
