Hello Hitendra,
Thanks for getting back to me. Since we get a lot of business on the weekend, we needed to find a solution immediately. We found another solution that works and we had to disable this plugin.
Regards,
JoshI installed WooCommerce Table Rate shipping and it works beautifully…
Also, WooCommerce support is great… always someone there on chat. This plugin however, was very buggy and nobody responded to my numerous support requests.
I deactivated and removed your plugin
Hello,
We have not been using this plugin for some time. We forgot to disable the auto-renew feature, and we just got charged.
Is there a way to cancel the auto-renew and get a credit for the last charge?
Thanks,
JoshOk… Sorry I haven’t gotten back to you.
I think I’m going to not worry about this for now, but if the issue presents itself again I’ll let you know. Thanks for all your help!

Hello @tatvic,
Thanks for your reply. I am using the latest version of the plugin as I always make sure to keep things updated. I double-checked and I am using 2.3.0.
The latest order in question came through on January 20, 2020…
I’m not saying for sure that your plugin is the culprit…
I also do not know if the product name was already renamed to ‘checkout’ before this order was placed, but I assume that it was not because I think I renamed all of the products back to their original names after I noticed this happening a while back.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product Names Being ChangedHello @3sonsdevelopment,
Thanks for your reply. I have this plugin enabled.
Most of the time the product’s name is not changed. It’s a rare occurrence, so even deactivating the plugin won’t tell me anything, because I’m not sure what within the plugin is triggering the issue.Since I’m running a live store, I cannot really do a full conflict test, and I don’t really want to deactivate the plugin since it’s mostly functioning fine and I lack the time to figure out how to make the integration myself.
However, this gives me the ability to better troubleshoot the issue when it does happen again so I appreciate you taking the time to let me know.

Hi Eva,
Ok, I just sent it to you… and thanks!
-JoshYes, but I’m not sure which field to map. I assumed I couldn’t map their prices becaues they were stored in a custom table.
Hi Eva,
Thanks so much for fixing this.
-JoshHello Eva,
I really appreciate your kind reply.
