I deleted plug-ins, and learned that the disable comments plug-in was the problem. I reinstalled it, and all’s working well now.

I added the below code to my CSS, which added blog posts back in. I’m still missing the dropdown menu, however. I’d love to fix that.

It looks like all of my images transferred now, so it’s all good! Whew.

I tried again, and received a different error message:
“Import WordPress
Sorry, there has been an error.
The file does not exist, please try again.”

Update: I was able to fully import the xml file, but when I clicked the option to import all attachments, it stalled again. Then an error message appeared: “504 Gateway Time-out The server didn’t respond in time.” Any tips?

Oh, and I do use www.remarpro.com for my self-hosted site. That’s where I’m trying to import. Thanks!
