I have now disabled both Twitter cards and open graph markup in the All in one SEO plugin.
But the WhatsApp thumbnail is still not showing. What else do I do please?

Thanks for the response.
It doesn’t work for any of the products on my website. Those of Facebook and Twitter are showing the thumbnail alright. Just the WhatsApp For e.g this is the link to one of the product pages. Please in addition, is it possible to add the words “Checkout this product on 9jamedica” before the product link?
