    @johnny5 good call. It looks website.com/update was automatically put in the list of redirects. We did not create it. Meaning, when when we activate the plugin, website.com/update is listed in there. When we either delete the redirect or deactivate the plugin and clear cache the issue goes away. It was on more than one website.

    When the user tries to go to the website, it redirects to what appears to be a page on the website. Like this: website.com/update (fake page)
    On this page it displays a message “To continue you need to update your browser” like it is some kind of an update.
    When redirection plugin deactivated issue goes away.
