RVoodoo, you were indeed correct.

I had a post stuck in some sort of redirect loop (so Firefox described it, it wouldn’t load at all in IE) which seemed to be fighting against the canonical redirect plugin.

Uploading a fresh .htaccess file and editing the post slug seemed to do the trick.

As an update, I’ve disabled, then deleted all plugins to see if they were causing issues, but the problem remains. I should probably point out that I can see all the posts and pages from the dashboard too.

Filezilla is set to “Force showing hidden files”, but I cannot spot an .htaccess file in there..

Thanks..neither the Quick-fix or Relocate method worked though, perhaps there’s more to it than the URL?

I also tried changing it directly in PHPMyAdmin, but I couldn’t find an Edit Field option
