I had the same issue this morning and when I click the links, I get 404 error messages and not redirection. Doesn’t this plugin offer a redirection for all 404 messages and not individually as well?

Hi! Thanks! All browser extensions are disabled. I’ve even cleared my cache. It doesn’t seem to happen in Safari, but I consistently use Chrome. Any other ideas?

Thanks, Sami! It’s working great right now. I did disable and re-enable them and changed the theme, etc, but it just started working after awhile on its own. I just did the update you all sent today, too, and so far, it’s okay.

It’s working now, but it was causing the site not to load at all.

I called the hosting company (GoDaddy) and WP didn’t update on their end. They also added my IP to the safe list and this seems to have corrected both issues.

@designsimply, Thanks for the help! I have given the site a rest for a couple of days until I heard back from the folks on here about a solution. So, I haven’t a clue if it’s still giving me that same error message.

My biggest, most viable concern however, is the media gallery not loading. I will look into the troubleshooting issues a little more, but I still don’t quite understand what’s causing it on this setup when none of the other sites I manage have given me this issue.

There are literally thousands of photos on this site, but I don’t see how that would cause this issue.

I am using the Twenty Twelve theme and very minimal plugins, but this site is one I manage for a client who needs consistent updates and mostly as photo galleries. This is really inconvenient and I don’t know how to fix it.

I don’t have WPML or the Enhance Media Library plugins, so I know those aren’t the issue, at least with this particular site. Still nothing works.

The error message I’ve been getting happens randomly, usually when trying to update content, which may or may not update after getting the message.

I’m not sure what a CDN is, so no.
