Same problem here. I’m a new user, just installed and activated the plugin. I imported a demo quiz and even though when I open this demo quiz’s permalink it seems to work alright, there’s no option to edit it.

Hi there, my apologies, I now understand that I just needed to add the VAT number under the billing information as opposed to the custom field. Afterwards the VAT number would show on the invoice just fine.
However, the vat number is not saved in the back-end properly but I’m assuming this is an issue with WooCommerce EU VAT Assistant, so I don’t think I’ll be needing any support after all.

In reply to: [WooCommerce EU VAT Assistant] vat_number is not savedI figured this out: I need to add the VAT number under the billing address instead of the custom fields. Now I can add it and it’s also visible on the invoice, so this part is solved.
However, the fact that this field was not saved during the initial checkout of the customer is still a problem. The customer could enter their VAT number and pay for the order amount excluding VAT, however, the VAT number is not showing up in the back-end automatically and therefore also not on the invoice.
Can you please help me solve this?

The checkbox is checked and I’ve done a new sync – I can find a very long log in the woocommerce logs but if I
ctrl + F
for the word ‘error’, there are no matches. So it seems that there are no errors in the logs. Would you still like to see the log?Just summarizing, the product that we would like to have synced has 2 attributes, called:
– Size* (S/M/L/XL)
– Version * (with GPS/without GPS)So 8 variations in total. However only the 4 varations with the version ‘without GPS’ are synced.

Thank you for the quick reply. In the case of the thread starter, he/she could simply change the name of the product attribute to not include a comma. However my product attributes do not have any comma’s, so unfortunately this would not help me.
Any other ideas?
