Sorry we forget to mention that, after you have requested a new attribute we release a new version of the plugin 1.4.11. but you’re using 1.4.10 where this feature is not available.
Please update the plugin to 1.4.11 version

We see that you’re using version 1.4.10, buttton current version is 1.4.11
Go the plugin settings page and your settings page should look exactly like this

then hope your button will be appear again

And about the other issue, the matter is that I need to access from outside because I’m using a dark mode plugin that switches the page colors. So it’s not possible to do from the plugin css customization.

The way you’re suggesting this is not possible.
If want to know why then you can contact with us.

To add custom CSS class in the shadow tree you can do this by adding a “class” attribute in the shorcode like this

[tta_listen_btn class="custom_class"]

But you can’t access it from outside. You can only access it from the customization menu of Text To Speech plugin.

Now you can change the reading text by shortcode like this

[tta_listen_btn text_to_read="Hello WordPress" ]

Can you please save the settings again.

You don’t have to add short code manually. The button will automatically display in the post after title.

if you really need to add shortcode then you can add that like this.

[tta_listen_btn listen_text="Listen" pause_text="Pause" resume_text="Resume" replay_text="Replay" start_text="Start" stop_text="Stop"]

there is no other way to add extra attribute like “title” you added.

also please update to the latest plugin 1.4.7

2. The button icon will issue will be fixed in the new future release.
