This issue was fixed in the update of 1.17

You know what it was, it was a plugin that someone else had installed before I took over managing the website for my client.

The plugin was called something like “Open all links in new window XM”.

Anyways, removing that did the trick.

I am having the same issue as miladk. I have installed and reinstalled, no luck. I have disabled ever plugin and cannot get it to work.

This also is happening for me too, I am usin the Twenty Thirteen theme and I just installed the plugin only 20 minutes ago.

Was there some type of update that I missed that could be causing this?
