Cause: If you do not provide short description of the campaign it shows the page content summary as short description, that’s why you have seen those mystery text!.

Prevent :
1. Provide a short description Or

Unfortunately right now you can not redesign the pages in elementor now, except campaign listing page & single donation campaign with limited design options. Please check out “Campaign List” & “Donate Button” widget in elementor.

We are working on it and hopefully we will add some more design option in elementor for all pages.
