In reply to: [WP Admin Category Search] GutenbergSo, I checked, and yes, the default editor of WP after version 5 has a search field for categories that works exactly as this plugin adds to the classic editor, so no changes need to be done there.

In reply to: [WP Admin Category Search] How to edit language ?Hi everyone!
Good news! I added language support! This is the basic lang support, meaning if you change the language of WP, it will take it in consideration.
Currently I added 2 translations, EN and HU.
If you want to add translation to this plugin, just use Loco Translate, I used it also.

In reply to: [WP Admin Category Search] Author searchHi,
So I checked the author search and yes, it is still working.
It is a bit counter-intiutive, since what it does it filters down the values in the author dropdown. So when you enter a value, you need to open the drop-down to see the filtered values.
Note: This is with the classic editor installed, not the Gutenberg editor.

In reply to: [WP Admin Category Search] x (close) buttonThe x is only in the in-field version, the tab version did not change.
If you use the in-field and do not see the X, it is probably your cache. Delete your cache, or at least try to refresh with Ctrl (Ctrl + F5), especially in Chrome.

Thanks, I am glad that my plugin still works with the new version of WordPress, I do not really have the time to support this plugin, but if you have questions or suggestions, I will try to answer them.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WP Admin Category Search] Works in WordPress 5.2.3Thanks for the update ?? Since version 5 WordPress has its own search system for categories, so I no longer support this plugin.
