judy.. i fixed mine it was a plugin ” Shopper’s Haul? Deal Plugin ” that broke mine.. i disable and it works now…

And the hyper link icon wont do anything…just blinks when you click on it….

i have the same issue too.. along with this.. the help button on the top right wont work in a new post screen.. you have to back out into the dashboard to be able to use the help tab…
this thing has some big bugs..

thanks.. for the tips.. the guy who set up y htaccess set it up pointing to my original database of the main site… not the new site.. so i switched the database name and ta-da.. it works..

you are right.. each domain has a separate database/directory
when we first transfer the site.. there was an error in the htaccess file supposedly and a guy i know said he fixed it.. but i have no clue what he did ..but it at least started showing the site.. but that was in the beginning..

Also still wondering if anyone else has any ideas?

it was a plugin i have had up for a long time.. all of a sudden created this issue… addthis plugin..

ok what folder is that file in to edit.. that post just said PHP.ini file… doesnt say where in FTP i looked in content, admin, includes, a couple others…

Found the issue. on server transfer some folders were missing in:
/public_html/wp-includes/js/tinymce

I just uploaded the entire folder from a previous back up – TA DA fixed..

Ok so all my folders and files are as told.. but still having issues as well

also found out that on my tower pc – Chrome does it too.. just not FF

Well now I can actually update and the update did go through successfully, My Cpanel and my WordPress passwords were the same.. and the server guys said that wasnt safe, and switched it, maybe there was some new fix on 3.0.3?
i dont know, but ultimately I was updating to get rid of the Auto Draft blog post titles.
Each time i “preview” a post I am working on it says Auto Draft… and if an older post say a week or two old has a link to it that lets say is
mydomain.com/i_like_cheese/

when you click on that link it says not found, although in my post history it is there and published… its like it is assigning new titles for my post after X number of days
any ideas? or should this be a new post?
