    I have searched and searched, but I cannot find anywhere in the backend how to change the subject line of the email which is sent to buyer of the gift card (it is sent to their own email, not the recipient’s).

    Right now it says “[store name]: Hurry! the gift card is Received” which 1. has terrible use of upper and lower case letters, 2. is overall a really weird thing to say and 3. is not in the language of my customers. Please let me know how to change this, thanks.

    I actually have another issue too. When anything else is typed in than 500 DKK for the amount for the gift card, which is the default, in the cart it says “save xx” with xx being the amount less than 500. for example, if the gift card is set to 350 DKK, it says “save 150 dkk” which makes no sense. The customer doesn’t save anything, they just choose the amount.

    Yes I can set the default price to 0, but why have the option for a default price if it doesn’t even work properly?

    Thanks for using our plugin,

    You can change the gift card email subject Gift card>> Settings>> Email template>>Mail settings>>Gift Card Email Subject.

    For your other query you need to set the default price as 0 then only it will work properly.
    But yes we will surely check this in our next coming update.

    Thank you for the reply. I had not noticed the “mail settings” at the bottom could be clicked and unfolded to change the email subject line.

    I’m looking forward to the new update. I would love if you could notify me when the issue is fixed ??
