I understand how the plugin works, I was just trying to provide as much information as possible.

I’ve given up on the plugin now and have switched to Delightful Downloads instead, which works fine with my setup.

The server had run out of RAM when you accessed it—it’s back now and the problem persists.

The PDFs uploaded by the plugin are unavailable at the URL provided in the WP media browser (like this one) however other files (both images and PDFs) uploaded using the WP media browser are available as expected (example)

@hchouhan — this is still not working. Is there going to be a fix?
