Finally, I was able to restore a backup from last week through the domain host. Then I logged in the wp-admin (control panel) to update the USM plugin, now everything is back to normal. Thanks.

Let me check, I’m a newbie, only have done most of the editing in the control panel (/wp-admin). Thanks.
