In reply to: [Blackhole for Bad Bots] Cloudflare Firewall Rule needed? Will Cloudflare Firewall rule affect the performance of your plugin in blocking bad bots?
Which acts first? Cloudflare or your plugin?
I just want to cover all my bases.
The answer is no. The “Admin Page Cache Preloading” only run when you do flush the cache.
So in general, I have to flush the cache everytime when I log in to make “Admin Page Cache Preloading” work? What do I do? [Not related to the uninstalling and installing problem]
Thanks. I am a complete newbie with no tech background. That’s why I am clarifying.
I am not talking about docket cache uninstallation.
I am enquiring about whether other plugin installation and uninstallation, being affected by “Admin Page Cache Preloading”.
Thanks ans sorry for the lengthy queries.
I am saying that does “Admin Page Cache Preloading” cause problem of installing or uninstalling of other plugins?
I was facing with removing your plugin as it was still there in the
Installed Plugin list, even after i removed everything from wp-content and cache etc.as you mentioned in the github thread to another queryPlease clarify this.
No actually. It’s only suggestion, you can uninstall this plugin or completely delete the wp-content/plugins/docket-cache if you can’t uninstall it like you said. Docket Cache does not use database to store it configuration.

Why does this happen?
Please also consider the suggestions.
Thanks for the fast reply.
By the way, you can try to disable “Object Cache Precaching” and “Admin Page Cache Preloading”. And you should enable “Auto update” since Docket Cache actively develop and improved time to time.
Does enabling “Admin Page Cache Preloading” create problems while development or customization? Does it create problems of installing and uninstalling of plugins? Does it have any drawbacks?
By not enabling the “Admin Page Cache Preloading”, the backend is slower.I need the fastest possible admin backend without the ghosting problem during installing and uninstalling of plugins caused by caching.
Can you give me a total list of what to enable and what to disable, in my case?
Feedback:
1) Please make some documentation for each option and what it does for non-tech users like me. It would be very helpful.2) Also sometimes the options saved revert back when page reloads or I login again. Include Save Settings button if possible.
Thanks.

I am also repeatedly getting error 524 and “Your link has expired” error whenever I am trying to install and activate a new plugin, or deactivate and remove a plugin as well as trying to deactivate the Docket Cache plugin.
Why is this happening?
Please help.
