My theme is DIVI.

I don’t know what you mean by “access File Manager through logging into your host account”…. I can access the usual Internet Explorer commands (File, Edit, View, etc) while having a WordPress session open, if this is what you mean….Note that, as I am sure you already noticed, I am a non-technical person.

I don’t have Filezilla.

Thanks. I have version 4.4.1 installed.
I deactivated all the plug-ins, and the problem still exists…can’t download the pages with photos in them.

1. Yes, I want to download the entire page on the computer
2. On the Welcome screen of WordPress, using the left command bar, I select “PAGES”. All my pages appears. Then I select the Page I want to edit, press the command EDIT, and nothing happens…..the timing ICON just keeps rolling and rolling….The weird thing is that this only happens with Pages with photos in them. Regular text only pages are OK.

Thanks…I had read the tutorials before….but the problem is that the page to be edited doesn’t even come up on my PC. The pages with photos are not getting downloaded…so that I can’t even look at them on the PC.

If there are no photos, no problem…I can edit the pages.
