It looks like that you are running WordPress in a restricted server environment that does not allow allow_url_fopen feature to work properly. Kindly contact your web hosting provider for removal of restrictions. This should resolve the problem. If the issue persists, please let us know.

- Plugin is activated on
Admin -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins
- Plugin is configured properly on
Admin -> Settings -> Aspose DOC Exporter
Once the plugin is installed and configured:
- Go to
Admin -> Posts -> All Posts
- Select the desired post you want to export
- Select
Export to DOCX (Aspose DOC Exporter)
inBulk Actions
dropdown. - Click
Apply
to start the export process.

I was wondering how I can tell what date my monthly credits reset? And if I’m understanding correctly, they do reset each month to be 150 each month, correct?
Yes, you are right. You get 150 credits per month for FREE. If it doesn’t reset for you each month, do let me know and I will help you with that.
