It is currently not possible to extend the user session. So, once you close the browser, you will be logged out which we believe should be an ideal case for the temporary login links.

But we would like to understand more, so would you mind explaining to us your use-case so that if it is useful then we can add it to our to-do list?

We would like to let you know that this option is indeed interesting and is already there in our feature request list but the team is doing some surveys and is evaluating the requirements, use cases, and other options as well.

It depends on the Role you are selecting for a particular user. You can assign Subscriber role to your clients to achieve above requirement.

Yes, we have intentionally restricted this access. We got many requests that the temporary admin shouldn’t be able to edit other users’ information. So, we restricted that.

Till now, few people have requested to allow this but if more people demands that, we will surely consider adding it.

There is no restriction on the number of times a user can login. The link might have expired or there must be some other issue related to this which we can check if the first reason is not the case.

Can you check if the link that you are using to login is still active?
