Can you clear the cache and try subscribing again? This should work.
Also, if this works you can set the cache timeout/expiry to around 3hrs through the cache plugin you are using so that you do not have clear the cache manually again.Thank You !

We do support csv file with UTF-8 encoding. Can you share the sample csv with us through some link (eg. Drive) if possible. You can also mention about this on our support. Once we sent an acknowledgement, you can attach the file in the reply.

Can you please check if the reports are being generated (Go to Reports section) and also check if the WP Cron is enabled or not ? You can install some plugin like WP-Cron Status Checker, and then you can go to your WordPress Dashboard to check the status.
