    In reply to: Pictures error

the cropper will not display any pictures that are on remote sites unless the remote site is in the accepted sites list. If you want to add sites to the list you’ll have to do it manually. Right now it will only show remotely hosted images from flickr.com, picasa.com, blogger.com, wordpress.com, img.youtube.com, ecx.images-amazon.com’. There’s an override button in the theme options under standard thumbnail settings.

Xtina, you need version 2.1.9.4. You will need to download it from the site as it has not been updated on wordpress yet.

Hi madmartyr, you can download the following package and replace functions.php and index-thecontent.php. An option has been added to allow you to activate the post meta which contains a comments link assuming that is what you mean. For future reference please post your support requests on the support website as timely responses cannot be guaranteed if your request is posted here. This forum is not checked every day and sometimes not checked for many weeks.

ibraryguy, I have uploaded a modified copy of functions.php. Please download it, unzip functions.zip. It will contain functions.php. Upload this to replace the copy you currently have installed. It should allow you to access your dashboard. Once you access your dashboard you can then activate a different theme and remove Producer since it is not compatible with your current setup.

ibraryguy, apologize for not answering sooner, but support for the theme is handled via the theme website so it is always best to post requests for assistance there as it will be seen sooner.

So far this particular problem has been determined to be a PHP version issue. Producer requires at least version 5 of PHP. If you happen to be using at least version 5 then please notify me of this so that I can investigate and add to the compatibility issues list.

In the meantime, to fix the problem, you can either contact me using the contact form on the site so that I can help you resolve it, or as a way of making the theme work so you can then login and switch to a different theme, go into functions.php and comment out lines 7 – 16.
