Another Woocommerce related question, I have in my checkout page ‘country’ as mandatory to be filled in by the customer.
But when a customer places an order, sometimes the country shows, in Woocommerce -> orders (details), and sometimes it doesn’t?

How can I make sure to always see the country in the order?

I used Polylang to add two languages on the website.
And I imported the products via an XML Feed using the plugin ‘WP all Import’.
I asked the supplier to create two feeds, and add an extra characteristic ‘language’.
So I imported the products using two feeds which only differ in languages.
Only in this way I was able to import the products on the Dutch and English side.

I just tested what you proposed. So I have created a new product in English and there the issue doesn’t occur.

I just checked and the icons appeared again.
But that’s the problem they go and come, while I didn’t do anything special.

I will now deactivate ‘Better Font Awesome’ and activate the plugin you suggested.
These days I’ll monitor whether the squares appear again.

How can I check that?

Yes I just figured that out indeed, and I checked the Settings -> General and I have the exact the same website address for WordPress and Site:

But when entering the site addresse it indeed appears without the HTTPS and WWW even though I enter it correctly.

How can this be solved?

Yes it happens everytime, sometimes you can see the site again but after a while not anymore.

Now you can see also, the squares instead of the icons I have on my site:

I have to clear my cache everyday manually so it dissapears.

I’m pretty sure it has something to do with my cache, the actions I took yesterday are:
– Deactivating plugin Monster Insights
– Deactivating the cache of the plugin WP Optimize
– Installed WP Super Cache

But the squares just reappear and the site still redirects me sometimes to the admin page.

Hope I can solve this somehow?

I deactivated Sendgrid and installed Sendinblue and I can receive all emails now.

So I installed the WP Mail logging.
I’ve placed an order for an item that is backordered.

And this is the email I received:

“ERROR 4773: The Roundcube Plus skin cannot find a needed html element.
This could mean that your Roundcube is not running properly or it is not compatible with the skin. Disable the xskin plugin in config.inc.php and refresh this page to check if there are any errors.”

I have no idea what they mean.
Also my ‘customer’ didn’t receive any email.

In the WP Mail logging I see that the emails have been send to the business email and customer.

I’m using currently ‘Sendgrid’ as a SMTP provider but seems that doesn’t work either.

I tried applying different sizes in the Settings -> Media and Customizer -> Product images but nothing works.

I still think that it has something to do with the following size, that were shown by ‘Regenerate Thumbnail’ (in my first post you’ll find all the different sizes):

shop_catalog: 300×0 pixels (proportionally resized to fit inside dimensions)
shop_single: 600×0 pixels (proportionally resized to fit inside dimensions)
woocommerce_thumbnail: 300×0 pixels (proportionally resized to fit inside dimensions)
woocommerce_single: 600×0 pixels (proportionally resized to fit inside dimensions)

Where can I adjust these sizes? Because all of them have ‘zero’ pixels for height?
