In reply to: [Twitter Feed] Simply could not get it to workThank you for reporting this. The app tokens are stored as a WordPress option and I wonder whether those are also cached by GoDaddy or not. Were you able to use another plugin? If so, could you tell me the name of it so that I can see how they are storing their tokens?

In reply to: [Mivhak Syntax Highlighter] Insert Code ButtonThis is probably due to a conflict with another plugin/theme. Try disabling other plugins and switching to one of the default themes (i.e. twentysixteen)

In reply to: [PHP Settings] allow_url_includeThis option might be disabled by your hosting provider. Also, try to set it to 1 instead of On. For example:
allow_url_include = 1

In reply to: [Twitter Feed] Good plugin but needs workIt seems to me that some users give negative reviews rather quickly without considering the amount of time and effort put into the plugin. Many times it’s a simple technical issue that can be resolved by submitting support ticket. As a result, potential users who look at the review score without actually reading the review text get the wrong impression that this plugin is bad for their site.
We have developed 4 plugins so far, 3 of which are 100% free with no paid version. We have no intention of forgetting about our free users and we will keep maintaining all of our plugins for both free & paid users. Just don’t be quick to post a negative review, especially if you haven’t tried to resolve the issue together with the developer prior to it.Forum: Reviews

In reply to: [PHP Settings] Last version not workingHi moure,
If you have a technical issue, it is usually more helpful to post a support ticket before you post a negative review. That way we can address the issue and fix it for you and for other users in the community.
Furthermore, it is perfectly possible that this issue is not related to the plugin at all.

In reply to: [Twitter Feed] Good plugin but needs workHi there,
The display issue might be more related to your theme than to our plugin, but I can’t say for sure until I take a look at it. Same goes for the tweet media – I need to be able to reproduce the issue in order to fix it. A link to your website can help.
Regarding the paid version – we spend countless hours developing, maintaining and providing technical support to our users. To cover these expenses, we sell an extended version of the plugin. If you can think of a better way to cover the cost of the whole process, feel free to suggest it.
