In reply to: [Frontier] Ugly borders around Google search boxThanks!
Hi,
Just checked your website and I am able to access it. I’m not sure what those errors mean, but you may want to try again.
If all the search results on your site appear on a specific page (say xyz.com/search), you could simply add the shortcode for the contact form to the top or bottom of that page. There are likely other ways of making it happen, but I am not sure how.
The Jetpack team is on leave until September 24th. Stats can already be transferred from wordpress.com to www.remarpro.com migration, so I think they can help you out with this as well.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] lost my stats! The Jetpack is on a break till 24th September. Maybe you could repost this after that date to bring this to their attention. They’re helpful folk, I’m sure they’ll fix the issue.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Comments not showing upI believe the Jetpack comment system uses Akismet to filter out spam, so there is a chance your comments might have been flagged as spam more than once, leading to your email getting blacklisted.
Is there any chance that you include/included more than two links in your comments? Because comments with more links usually get flagged for spam.
Another cause could be that your IP address matches a known spam generating IP (can happen if your ISP dynamically assigns IP addresses).
Try posting comments using a different email ID and another IP address (use a VPN tool like Tunnelbear for the second case) and see if the comments are getting approved. If yes, then it’s certain that your email address/IP address has been blacklisted by Akismet.
Hopefully the Jetpack team helps you further on this. Good luck!
As far as I know, Jetpack has no issues with WordPress SEO by Yoast. Could you elaborate where exactly you’re getting the error? A screenshot would be very helpful.
Jetpack has a module called Photon, which takes images from your website and serves them from WordPress’ powerful servers. This makes your site faster, and save you bandwidth costs.
Photon is pretty cool, but if you’d still like to disable it, you can do it from the Jetpack Settings page.
Hi,
I think you’ll have to create a transfer request on the WordPress.com forums, and the staff will move the stats over to your self hosted website. That does mean you’re stuck till Sep 24, but hey, better late than never! ??Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [Frontier] Revert back to old post navigationThanks for the update, Ron! I am fine with the box shadow, but want to remove the border.
.post-nav {border: none;}
doesn’t seem to do the trick. Am I missing something? Also, will you be pushing 1.1.3 through the WordPress updater anytime soon?Awesome! ??
I understand that this doesn’t fit in with the other conditions in Widget Visibility, so thanks for taking note of it. Hopefully someone creates a tutorial or plugin for this.
Go to this page from your Dashboard to configure Stats for counting/not counting various levels of registered users: Jetpack > WordPress.com Stats > Configure.
I am not sure if there is a way to view separate stats for registered users and normal visitors.
