Just an update: I spoke to support and they were super helpful and got my problem sorted, it was actually another plugin that was causing a conflict, and once I realized the problem, I was able to sort it with Pixo’s help. Credit where credit is due. I honestly can’t believe how useful this plugin is for what I’m doing.
