Thank you for your interest in plugin.
Yes, You are right that plugin had great reviews etc and There is not any problem with plugin and support from our side.
One of the user after purchasing add ons and asking simply for the refund and as per our policy we do not have refund policy and this user also lost the paypal case and try to screw here and other side we have promotion policy of the discount based on reviews same like other plugin authors and that not fit in WP guidelines and also we did not know about this policy of the WP. So this user taken this point as center and report to them about this and so it is hard to filter for them out of 80 reviews which reviews were based on discounts. So far used 8 discount coupons for the reviews so other all reviews were without discount but WP decided to clear all the reviews and also we removed this discount based review policy too.
We respect to WP guidelines and rules and we take it positive way from here and start from begin and we strict to our refund policy so it will not mis use of the product in future so all safe and clear for all the users.
This informations are transparent and anyone can ask to any moderate or us if they have questions and we believe in transparent and true things about product.

Let us tell you fact that.
We have clearly mentioned each in every page that we do not have refund policy because of the mis use of the product and we are serious with our business and you can check our customer support is first priority and we have solved all thread in forum and we have kept 24 hours live chat too. After purchasing, whatever she has problem or issues we have solved it and also we have talked with her on phone. After sometime she told us, they do not want to use add ons and we have asked what is problem and she said that we have problem etc but then again we have asked if you have problem then please report us and we can solve it but she failed.
Here Paypal case also goes in our favour because she trying to use free addon after purchasing and use a trick and finally she lost case so that way she is trying to screw here.

you can enabe the option from admin panel and it will show expired event.
Just go to Event Listings -> Settings -> Event Listings
Hide expired listing content in single event listing (singular)
If enabled, the content within expired listings will be hidden. Otherwise, expired listings will be displayed as normal (without the event registration area).It will fix your problem.

Can you please tell me, you are talking about posting event from frontend side or backend side.. Both editors are same for event description and organizer descriptoin. .if it works for event description then i am sure it must work for organizer description.

Thank you for providing me details. I have checked your site organizer sidebar is showing properly on your event. If you don’t want to add organizer logo then its fine. It will work without organizer logo.
For event main banner showing broken image because you have removed the event banner field from the field editor. Event title ,event description and event banner is required field. If you want to remove the banner field then you need to override the template file and remove the event banner from the template.

you have inserted when you have posted event form ? if yes then please check first backend side (admin panel), if there show logo then it will must show logo at frontend. if you can not see logo at backend side then logo has not submitted yet so you can insert logo and then it will show sure ??
