Few quick questions :
1. Have you made any changes in field editor?
2. Which theme you are using? Are there any JS errors in your console?On each an every theme design is different so from the plugin side, we can’t provide a guarantee of all the CSS. If there is any issue from our plugin side for sure we will help with that too.

Yes, it is two format 12-h and 24-h.based on your country settings, you can set from admin panel and it will reflect to frontend.
after saving from admin panel, then please go to your event (edit event or post new ) and check it will work or not.
Even if not work then please contact to us via our contact us page with details of your site and our team will check your site and fix for you.

If you are facing issue with a start date or end date then you can just update setting in event listing -> settings -> event submission
Make date format empty or apply proper date format then it will fix your issue.

we have not released a new version for this minor bug so we have pushed to the same version so you can delete old one and download from here, www.remarpro.com or from the admin panel, there you can search wp event manager etc.

You can set a time interval by overriding templates to your theme side.
You can override the following template :
templates/event-time.php

We do not know exactly reason but we can consider the followings.
Like User is not wordpress developer and even user do not know basic settings of the plugin, like field editor and user want to do customisation based on his own need and he expect that custom development can also provide by team. he never checked the plugin features and he wants like all the things done as magic after installing plugin etc.
Even our support team fixed user design problems which are not related to plugin support and after all our support and explanation, user not able to handle own things and simply start to ask refund but this is not valid business case. if plugin is not working as we have describe or we are unable to fix problem of the plugin then it is valid reason but this was not case here.
I hope that you have got answer of your questions in manner.
