I was able to fix the issue. It was because of google reCaptcha. I just disabled it. I will look into reCaptcha settings to ensure I got right credentials. Thank you.

Thank you for the response. Do I need to use same iCal link for outlook too? On Microsoft documentation it mentions some.ics file. How can I get it?

Another question ; How can be restrict users to create appointment only once? They should be able to create appointment again. Let me know if that is possible.

@cdgio can you please help me with this? Now the domains are working but end to end navigation doesn’t. The homepage loading properly on all three domains but other pages are being redirected to the first domain I added.

Does end to end navigation works for you?

I don’t get you. Can you please explain? For me, the other domains are added as Parked Domain on Siteground hosting where I have the website hosted.

After chanding script load method to “direct” the fields reappeared however, “Security Code” goes missing and even “Submit” button doesn’t work. I wonder what could be the reason because on the landing page the appointment form works fine but when displaying the same form simultaneously on a separate page security code goes missing.

Is this something you can help me with?

I found the solution as I just need to change the script load method to direct.
