My Admin used the command line interface to update the WordPress to get rid of the issue. See if you can try it the same way.

I have exactly the same problem.

Here is one input, I would like to add. Last time I had this issue, It was the Protect feature in Jetpack that caused the trouble. When I turned it off, everything got fixed. If that helps anybody.

I have the same problem. None of the Ajax thing in wordpress admin is working on site. If you look through Chrome’s developer console, there are lot of internal error 500.

The new posts are not getting saved automatically.
Cannot Insert Images.
Featured Image is not working.
Spell check returns Error 500
Cannot Create new categories dynamically.

Prior to 4.3 it was working fine.

Was this problem fixed. I had the same issue with 2.2.2 and WP 3.0.3. I see an update today and wondering if this was taken care of ?

I am doing that. I had static.technospot.net in the W3TC CDN settings and that where I got the url like https://static.technospot.net
/blogs/https://img.technospot.net/style_engage.jpg which is in correct.

The correct url is https://static.technospot.net/style_engage.jpg

I guess this is happening because my images are already on a different domain and not inside the wordpess folder.

Please see the second post I made in this thread. I guess what the plugin is doing is that it picks up what is menioned in the Miscellanous Settings of WordPress where there is option to specify “Full URL path to files”.

If I mention /wp-content/images/ the url would have become https://static.technospot.net/blogs/wp-content/images/style_engage.jpg

But since I have mentioned https://img.technpspot.net it becomes

https://static.technospot.net/blogs/https://img.technospot.net/style_engage.jpg

Few more things I should mention :

My blog is at https://www.technpospot.net/blogs/

It seems the plugin is taking the https://img.technospot.net from the Miscellanous Settings of WordPress where it is option to specify “Full URL path to files”

When I remove the this settings and leave it blank it takes wp-content/uploads instead of previous https://img.technpspot.net and so the final use becomes

https://static.technospot.net
/blogs/wp-content/uploads/image.png

May be this will point to the problem

Looks like you solved the problem by removing the undefined null in the new version.

I was using Firefox 3.6 on Windows 7
