1. Disable all the other third-party plugins and check whether that
solves the issue

I removed all the plugins

3. If that doesn't work, please check it by activating the parent theme

Parent theme is activated. I didn’t make a clone of a parent theme.

4. If the issue still persists, please activate a WordPress default
theme like Twenty Twenty and check

Menus Expanded in default wordpress theme (Its working on default wp theme)

Please also make sure that your platform and theme are up to date.

Thanks for replying sir, its working only on permalink plane settings. In other setting permalink setting getting the same error as above. i am using shortcode in a page ([ai1ec cat_name=”news,editorial,question-bank,video,pdf,current-affairs-topic-wise” exact_date=”1-11-2018″])

On digging, Fast Velocity Minify was blocking the popup maker. Its working ??

I checked again and found popup shows only when browser one tab is logged into the admin panel. There is still some issue.
