I’ve checked your query. Your Filterable Gallery is working perfectly on my mobile devices as well. You can view the demonstration here.
As you mentioned, the issue is inconsistent. Please check for plugin conflicts while encountering the issue by following these steps: You can check for Plugin conflicts by deactivating all the third-party plugins one by one except for?Essential Addons, and Elementor. Simply go to your?WordPress Dashboard,?navigate to?wp-admin -> Plugins?and then deactivate other Plugins.
Enable plugins one by one:?Reactivate your plugins one by one, checking the website after each activation to see if the issue reappears. This will help you identify the plugins causing the conflict.Besides, you can switch to a different theme like Astra, Flexia or Twenty Twenty. And check back as well.
Additionally, please share your issue with a screen recording or screenshots so we can check that thoroughly and assist appropriately.
