Actually the name field on my optin form is intended to type single word, not the full name that contains a space.
So that may be a cause of problem.
How do I solve it?

No one changes the host and the port of Varnish on Cloudways usually.
Such users don’t use Cloudways, they use a plain VPS.

I know, I found that purging problem by check the log and it turned out that I need to set host and port manually.
Why the Cloudways option doesn’t set the host and port automatically?
It’s confusing.
Or you should add a description there at least.

Solved.
The problem was that EasyWP has a NGINX redirection rule for Yoast’s sitemap.
It redirect sitemap.xml to sitemap_index.xml.
Since users have no access to NGINX config on EasyWP, I had to ask the support to remove the rule.
