• Can anybody give me any logic answer ?
    Do you expect that every time a user posts a new topic in the support forum asking for help with an issue, then he or she should come back regularly to that link to see whether somebody has posted an answer ?

    Why are not users notified by email that there is an answser or a follow up to their topics ?

    For now use an RSS feed.

    the current ridiculous system of wordpress assumes that I must manually check my RSS feeds… this is making me so nervous…. I am checking almost every 20 minutes….. instead of simply expecting the email notification to come, I am checking and checking tens of times per day……

    E-mail would be great for threads one wanted to subscribe to. That is an option on another Forum I use. Works great.

    E-mail would be even more useful here as question that are ask are many times very important to fixing an active site.

    There is a sort of fix here, look at your profile and it lists all threads you either started or posted to and when you posted and if there were replies after your post. Yes you do have to come back here and log-in, but sort of works, or the post could be bookmarked. Yes e-mail would be much better.

    RSS feeds will update when there’s new content. If you get an RSS feed reader app for your desktop, it’s pretty much as good as email.

    You have to go check your email ‘manually’ too ??
