Do not use SuperCached files. That generally results in a drop in number of visits.

Secondly increase the time for Refresh preloaded cache files set every to somewhere around 3000-5000 minutes.
Putting it at 30 minutes will increase the load on your server and thus result in a slow website and server resource overuse.

Switching to the development mode is not an optimal solution. make sure that you purge cache after making any such changes.

yes you can use both Cloudflare and a Cache Plugin together. And that would give the best of the results ??

I am unable to get your first question buddy.
And as far as second question is concerned, then yes, it clears cache all pages cache and then rebuilds cache.

I also faced the same problem after upgrading..but what I did was uninstalled the plugin again it showed some errors and asked to delete some files ..i logged in to ftp and deleted those files in /public_html/wp-content/…. and also w3tc-config.php and w3tc folder …
after that I logged into wordpress admin and installed the plugin again it worked…

I have sorted it out…

but this an issue regarding twenty twelve theme…that’s why I came here…and I am unable to sort it out that how is that space created in the theme. I was unable to find any code in the theme file which would have created that space between two menu items…That’s why I came here for help…
