I’m having the same issue, that page-title is not changed when I change it. Cache plugins were deactivated before I set changes.
I have already deactivated all plugins and nothing works to change the page-title.

I think I found the solution.
In Safari I have enabled the Development mode. Within that Development mode, there is a mode called “Experimental Functions” that I have reset to default (in the bottom).

After that, my PageSpeed Insights module is working like the sun shining itself.

I found the following.
1. Negative. When I disable PageSpeedInsights I do not receive this error.
2. Positive. When I disable Analytics module and enable PageSpeed Insights I will receive that same error.

I think therefore, there is an error within the PageSpeed Insights module within Safari alone. Because these errors do not occur in either Chrome or Firefox.

I have done all the suggestions now… In Safari Browser.
Safari Browser appears to be the culprit.

I have deactivated all plugins, activated three different themes…
All in Safari, with the same error.

Apparently in both Firefox and Chrome these errors do not occur. Not in normal mode, neither in incognito modes.

Hope this will be able to help you.

(In Safari I have enabled prevent cross-site-tracking.)

No, it’s not NitroPack plugin. As I still get the error… So I’ve switched off Site Kit’s Pagespeed Insights. Thank you.

After I have done the updates (that is immediately after I’ve done updates) the site does take at least 5 minutes to load. Seems like an update problem/process that WordPress does not snap out of.

Why oh why is there still no other solution for ‘deactivating all of your plugins’?? This is a very successful website, and I cannot just deactivate all of the plugins just to make 1 plugin work. When should I do that, btw?

I’ll discuss it with these ladies and advise them different plugins instead of Jetpack…
