Luckily, I had a copy of the demo site on my server – just finished porting it back to my desktop… Will make it a point to have a backup of the site when it goes live. So weird. Never happened before, to me anyway. ??

It was strange and I’m not exactly sure why it wasn’t working, but now it is.

What I did:
Renamed the existing plugin file via FTP.
Downloaded the plugin via WP and uploaded it to my site (as per your suggestion).

So far it’s working!

The workaround is not working. The progress bar goes over the featured image.

I used the 100% so it also forced the image to be full width in mobile devices and for the text to go below the image instead of forced into two columns. I’d attach a picture, but don’t think I can here?
