try this;

admin cp >> plugins >> editor
select wp to twitter
find:
add_action( ‘publish_post’, ‘jd_twit’, 12 );

and add this code behind it
add_action( ‘wp_insert_post’, ‘jd_twit’, 12 );

it is working for me.

nope, its not cache or connection issue. its happen to me.
