About the emails, we don’t add any emails in the free version of the plugin, so the email you are getting is probably the one from WooCommerce when a new customer registers an account.

I have been checking this product and it seems that the theme is removing the gallery added by our plugin. You should check if your theme is adding some settings to change the images gallery or contact them in order to check if you can get a solution to this issue.
