Same happens to me with Hebrew since the latest update of woocommerce. English works fine.

This plugin gives you a code snippet to add to functions.php, within that code you have parameters like color and message, you can add another parameter: greeting_dialog_display=’hide’,

add to the code greeting_dialog_display=’hide’

The plugin only gives you code, to remove it you need to delete the added code, not the plugin.
