I think I have found the the answer as I asked the host provider, they clear the server cache as what as they told me, and then now it works really fine ??
The starter site that I was trying to import was the ‘Web Agency’ with a broken page -layouts and fonts. I did not took the screenshot that time, but I think we do not need it anymore since the problem solved now ??
