I used chrome to see the email.

User signs up via email through a modal but I think it is connected to new account in woocommerce. how to verify this?

the strange thing is the preview looks fine. only the actual mail is messed up.

Hi Ben,
thanks for your help. the developer updated the theme and now things are working much better. To clarify, is there some parts of woocommerce emails which are static and cannot be customized via this plugin? Say in this new user template, can I remove the user account link or woocommerce generated text?

Hi Ben,

I don’t know about the theme you have mentioned.
But I went to the template overrides,it shows this text
‘book-box/woocommerce/emails/customer-new-account.php version 3.5.2 is out of date. The core version is 3.7.0,’
does this mean that a theme has overrode this ‘New account’ template?

If so how do I remove that template from the theme and how to know which theme is doing this?
Basically I want to use your customizer to edit emails in a simple manner.
Please guide me.
