I understand that you are seeing an issue with Stripe payment gateway’s 3D secure input popup not appearing. We would like to take a closer look, the gateway’s logs in particular. Could you enable that if you haven’t so far, try placing an order on the checkout page once again and share the logs from your store?
Since logs contain crucial information that mustn’t be public, please reach out to us by email help@wordpress.com and share this forum link as well, so that we can keep things tied together.

WooCommerce > Status > Logs

Facebook for WooCommerce does not modify roles as far as I know. I am not familiar with the coupon code that you are referring to either, but again, in general, coupon code plugins do not modify user roles.
Based on your description, it sounds like you may be using the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin, which uses the “subscriber” role. For us to confirm what the actual case is, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.
Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.
Also, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status in your email reply? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it on your email response.
Depending on what we find, we may be able to help you further there.

I am a bit unclear on how you are using WooCommerce Blocks though. May I ask for a screenshot of what you are seeing at your end? Finally, I am a bit fuzzy on which of the two works: are you saying that the payment method appears on the checkout page composed with WooCommerce Blocks, or are you saying that it appears fine on the regular checkout page?
