Having the same issue. Cannot install the plugin.

The area underneath the header image. I can find no way to reach the grey area and I do not want a blog post beneath it, rather just a static line of text.

I know I sound like a novice, but this is not my first rodeo…

Oh, my, how very kind of you to offer such constructive criticism. Do you feel better now?

Similar issue. When I originally did my site, I used the logo space for a banner that includes the logo. It was working just fine in all browsers. I decided to optimize that banner to make it load faster and that is when the trouble began. I finally got the page to work in Firefox, but every other device is still showing the default text and photo.

How can I get this to “take” so it shows up the same where on all devices?
