Thank you. That seems to work.

After a lot of testing and removing content I ended up copying the content from the main worksheet into a new sheet, deleting the old one and it worked. I don’t know what the difference was but at least now it’s working. Thanks for your help.

Thanks. I’ve tried manually re-typing each worksheet title but it’s still the same. Could it be related to any content in the sheet?

@westerndeal do you have any other suggestions?

I just noticed the The Events Calendar section where you set the date is completely missing from the page. It’s also not in the Screen Options section at the top of the page. I discovered this when I tried setting up a new event with a ticket – there was nowhere to select the date/time. I tried rolling back the Events Calendar plugin to 6.3 but still the same. I also tried deactivating the tickets plugin but the date is still missing. Also, WordPress updated yesterday so wondering if that’s the cause?

I activated the Debug log. On the staging site there was this error:

PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /home/sites/9b/d/d556a93e65/staging_html/wp-includes/class-wp-fatal-error-handler.php on line 76

On the live site I increased the memory limit and still got a memory error but this time it’s bigger:

PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 2097152 bytes) in /home/sites/9b/d/d556a93e65/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-recovery-mode.php on line 178

The site is using PHP 8.

The plugin log itself isn’t producing any errors (or at least the log is empty).

Thanks. The usergroups were synchronized. The only way I could get it to work was to turn off the synchronization in wpForo > Settings > Login & Registration admin page (I couldn’t find this before), and then manually change the user’s forum access.

Thank you. After a LOT of testing I discovered it’s something to do with memberships. If I delete the membership then it works. I thought a student needed to be part of a membership in order to sign up but it appears not to be the case. When it just has a free Access Plan associated with the course everything works.

In addition to the above, I set it up on a staging site and disabled all plugins except LifterLMS and LifterLMS labs and changed theme to twenty four. The issue is the same. Here is a screenshot of the membership auto enrollment setting. And these are the status settings:

I disabled all plugins except The Events Manager and Tickets and changed to Twenty Four theme but for some reason the block editor isn’t active on the events page. Is there something I should do to activate it? The block editor works on posts and pages. There is no caching plugin. It won’t help to share the URL as the problem is within the admin.

The view in your screen capture is completely different from mine. I’ve attached 2 screenshots – 1 shows the Tickets in the left-hand menu and the other shows the tickets on the Event editing page. On the event editing page when you hover over a ticket it looks like you should be able to drag but nothing happens. Also, when loading the event from the frontend the order randomly changes each time you refresh the page.

PHP 8.1, WP 6.3.1, EVENT TICKETS 5.7.1, THEME RONEBY

I also have it on some websites using Astra theme. They don’t randomly load on the frontend but I still can’t manually specify the order.

Oh I see. Is there a way to set a shorter excerpt when the post (event content) isn’t very long in order to always have the read more link show? Otherwise, yes I’ll add the function.
