Sorry it was the problem with the settings in the permalinks
i just save it again and now it works !

but another problem i see is with the plugin is when an unregistered user add a post he can add the email and name to register within the ad posting form.
and he will get a mail to add the password with a link that goes direct to the wp-login site on the wordpress!

it would be greate if the user can also add a password direct to the form
so that the user will not linked to the backend login from the wordpress
via mail to finish the register
because this cause some problem with the other plugin that controls the user register and login option

yes i did again the re update on wordpress and it is work now but this problem can happend again because this is the 4 or 5 time i got this problem !

i solved the problem
i deleted the plugin and install it again and all works fine now
don’t no what was happen but seems now working

i mean the problem of the edit ads still there, sorry i past the wrong txt on the first post
when you edit a ads and sent it to aprove it still shows a blank screen

same problem are here people are really have problem to add the phone and contact adress on every ads
it would be great if you can add this on the next release too

and 1 think more
it would be great if you can also ad multi currency to the price because some estate are in dollar and some of them are maybe in euro and/or other currency !
