I also have this same problem in 2.1.2.

I am having exactly the same bug – It is so annoying.

I am also running 2.1.2 and have the problem in Ie 7, Ie 6, FF 2.0.0.2, and in OSX 10.4 and FF 2.0.02 there as well.
