I can’t really tell, it was done by the provider, my guess is that they changed permissions or restrictions ??

We contacted the provider and solved it ??

I did read it: Also REST API must be enabled and work without additional restrictions. If you have a problem with it, please contact the Developer who created your website. He should easily find the issue with the REST API not working.

We have no developer and everything else runs great, so that’s why I started this topic. If you could guide me in the right direction then that would be great.

Thank you for checking ?? We run, again, a compleet new setup for WP and this time it worked!

A lot of Siteground stuff is added to it, we don’t have Siteground anymore so maybe that’s possiblility although we tried it using a new out of the box htaccess and that did not work ??

Thank you very much, we tried both option, disabling all plugins and using a default theme but the result is the same, it did not work.

The strange thing is that backups also don’t seem to solve the issue as well as a clean WP installation. I’m struggling.

All other pages can be reached in the backoffice, everything else seems to be working. A possible hint to could be that the SSL plugin isn’t able anymore to make 301 redirects in htaccess since this problem started. Maybe a .htaccess issue?

We have more then one site dear Mike. You are aware that this fantastic lightning speed treatment is only available for 1 star review users…? We for example have one ticket unsolved that is years old…. it’s just closed unsolved by Woo. But we’re in a good mood: if you’re going to solve it I will rethink my review but I will bet a nice bottle of wine that you’re not going to solve it….
